Eastex opened its Nacogdoches facility around 1990, extending the lab's reach into Deep East Texas. The location provides laboratory and field services to communities, utilities, and engineering firms across the region, and expanded in 2011 with a dedicated annex building to accommodate growing testing demand.

Nacogdoches operates its own staff, field service routes, and client relationships while maintaining the same standards, accreditation, and quality systems as the Coldspring headquarters.
