Drinking Water Testing
Approved for Compliance
TCEQ requires all drinking water data reported to the state to come from an accredited laboratory. Eastex has been continuously NELAP/TNI accredited since 2007 and holds TCEQ Drinking Water approval for the full range of compliance testing public water systems need.
We don't just run the tests. We provide the sample bottles, guide you on proper collection, submit your results electronically to TCEQ, and verify the state received them. When new requirements come down, we reach out to explain what's changing and help you update your monitoring plan.

Compliance Programs We Support
Drinking water compliance has layers. Routine monitoring, chemical monitoring, lead and copper, PFAS, and now UCMR 5 all run on different schedules with different requirements. We help you keep track of all of them.
- Routine monitoring — Monthly bacteriological testing, quarterly/annual chemical monitoring, and all routine parameters required by TCEQ.
- Lead and Copper Rule Revisions (LCRR) — Sampling, WQP analysis, corrosion control studies, and electronic reporting. We provide everything from bottles to the final submission.
- PFAS / UCMR 5 — EPA Method 533 and 537.1 analysis. Federal monitoring deadline is 2027. Learn more about PFAS testing.
- Chemical monitoring — Inorganics, VOCs, SOCs, and radionuclides on TCEQ's monitoring schedule.
- Source water assessment — Analytical support for wellhead protection and source water characterization.
