Field Services
We Come to You
Eastex provides field sampling services throughout Texas, supported by our four laboratory locations. Our field technicians handle routine sample collection routes, scheduled pickups, and on-call sampling across our service area. We provide the sample containers, preservation materials, and chain of custody documentation, so you don't have to keep supplies on hand or manage collection requirements yourself.
For facilities that prefer to collect their own samples, we provide the bottles and can arrange pickup by an Eastex team member on your schedule.
What We Provide
End-to-end field support from sample collection to field analyses to lab delivery.
Routine Sample Collection
Scheduled collection routes for wastewater and drinking water sampling. Our field techs know your sites, your sampling points, and your schedule.
Sample Containers & Preservation
We provide all required sample bottles, preservatives, coolers, and chain of custody forms. Pre-labeled and ready for collection, whether our team collects or yours does.
Courier Pickup
If your staff collects samples, we'll pick them up. Regular routes cover the Houston, Beaumont, Nacogdoches, and Austin surrounding areas.
Field Measurements
On-site measurement of field parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, temperature, chlorine residual, and conductivity. Recorded and reported with your lab results.
Chain of Custody
Proper documentation from collection point to lab. Every sample tracked, every handoff recorded. Your data is defensible from the moment we collect it.
Emergency & Special Sampling
Spill response, complaint investigation, or any situation where you need samples collected outside your normal schedule. Call us and we'll coordinate.

Analysis That Can't Wait for the Lab
Some parameters change between the moment a sample is collected and the moment it reaches the lab. Dissolved oxygen, pH, chlorine residual, and temperature have to be measured at the source, not back at the bench.
Our field technicians carry the meters, reagents, and titration kits needed to capture those values in the field. Results are recorded with chain of custody and reported alongside your lab data, so the full picture of your sample is preserved from collection through analysis.
